COACH INSTRUCTIONS - PLEASE READ!

• Each player will automatically receive a free basic picture package, without filling out an order form (see top of order form for package description). Forms only need to be completed if ordering extra photos and products
• Each team should arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled picture time
• Team pictures will be taken at your appointment time. We cannot wait for late players and they will not be in the team picture.
• Coach or team parent should check in at the display table
• Have players line up shortest to tallest with their order form & payment in hand (if ordering extras)
• If ordering Buddy/Family Photos, please make sure "buddies" are in line with the player when their individual photo is taken
• NSPN accepts checks, credit cards and cash (exact change please). We also accept Venmo, Zelle & PayPal (payment instructions available on picture day).
• Team Appreciation Plaque Order Forms for coaches, sponsors, etc will be emailed to your league and should be forwarded to each coach. The form is also available on our website: nationwidephoto.com/order-forms.
